The Phillips family founded Unique Homes & Lumber, a residential and commercial building business, on faith and family values in 1986. Their corporate offices are in Charleston, IL where they also own Unique Properties providing student housing facilities. Their greatest passion is serving seniors with the Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care communities throughout the state of Illinois, Indiana and Florida. Chad and Hadley Phillips work alongside their father, Reggie Phillips, at Phillips Investments LLC corporate headquarters. Chad has a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis on Architectural Design. Hadley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. The entire Phillips family shares a commitment to faith, family and to each community through the superior construction and services provided.
The first Villas of Holly Brook was designed and built when Reggie’s mother had a stroke and there were no quality assisted livings in the area. Unfortunately, his mother passed away before his dream was realized but his father enjoyed living in the Villas of Holly Brook before he passed. With each new community, the Phillips’ research team improved on the architectural design and amenities offered. This concept is constantly evolving to ensure the very best lifestyle and services are provided for residents.
Now with over a decade of development, management and marketing services for the Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care, the principals offer a combination of experience, talents, and in-depth industry knowledge that makes them leaders within the industry.
