Chamber Board Member, Gary Ritz, had the pleasure of awarding the 2022 Chamber Scholarships at last Thursdays MCHS Awards Night ceremony. ![]()
The 2022 Recipients are: Dirk Kight, Ivan Holt, MaKayla Beesley, Olivia Stinson & Zachary Allen. This program is only possible thanks to Chamber Members that donate money to be added together in hopes to educate young people and get them back into our local workforce. Scholarship Sponsors for this year were First National Bank, Mt. Carmel Public Utility, Co., MotoRad, Premium Rock Bit, Sharp & Williams, Timberlake Furniture, Kemper CPA Group, Keepes Funeral Home, Corporate America Family Credit Union, First Bank and ADG. Our goal is to award five Scholarships each year and we were able to reach that goal again this year. The Scholarship Recipients are invited to attend the Chamber Picnic in June to receive their funds and meet their sponsors and other Chamber Members.
