Tia Morgan began with COUNTRY Financial in January 2012. She decided to make an employment change while still wishing to use her passion of wanting to help others. Tia took that passion, combined it with hard work and ran with it.
Tia started working at a local COUNTRY Financial office with a great team of colleagues. After four years she had the desire to branch out, opening a second COUNTRY Financial location in Mt. Carmel.
Tia understands people and the demands of life. She has been happily married to her husband Derek Morgan for 20 years and they have two children, Clay and Kelsey. Tia is a native of Allendale, IL with knowledge of our local community. She is an active member of the First Christian Church of Allendale, the Allendale C.C.S.D. #17 board of education and the WCHD HERO Foundation. She enjoys volunteering her time for the better of the community. In their free time Tia and her family enjoy riding horses, going on camping trips together and traveling.
